This week I interviewed more elderly people, some old people directly refused to try VR, some old people said they enjoy the experience of VR, very novel, but they still choose their hobbies to spend their free time, such as reading, reading newspapers, watching TV dramas and so on.
I rethought the theme of my project, everyone is lonely, but everyone has their own way of solving loneliness. This is not something that can be solved by others or technology. So I changed my theme: How immersive experience can play a positive role in the successful aging of care homes.
